I am a versatile and dynamic qualified teaching professional with a successful background delivering substantial standards of teaching expertise at a Higher Education level, contributing to improvements in the standards of teaching and learning resources. I have core experience teaching English, Maths, and Media studies for 15 years. I have been private tutoring for 13 years across GCSE subjects and 11-plus in English, Maths, Verbal reasoning, Non-verbal reasoning, Maths, Media Studies, Art, and Science. I have also worked as a literacy specialist for 4 years with EAL/ESOL and SEN students. I have had many experiences in delivering a firm grasp of the National Curriculum from Year 1 to A-Level and degree-level master classes in editing and cinematography. My experience is undergirded by an outstanding career history of not only teaching Media but also working in the Film and media broadcasting industry for over 6 years. This practical experience has been a key component in developing and delivering my unique style and innovation within the classroom and tutoring environments. 

I like to see myself as a multifaceted, motivational educator with the proven ability to positively influence young people and draw out their potential through a love of learning. My teaching style is strategic, efficient, robust, stimulating, fun, engaging, comprehensive, and personalized because everyone is unique, and individuality should be considered. I have excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills and always develop positive working relationships with my students, teachers, and parents while ensuring that a maximum positive contribution is made to achieving the school’s and parents' objectives, and the best attainment levels for my students.
